伍人英 (伍人英是哈佛大学中国研究中心（费正清 ）主任和哈佛大学法学院亨利-史汀生法学教授，教授国际贸易和国际经济法。在担任美国贸易代表办公室的高级顾问后，他最近回到了哈佛。 

在进入学术界之前，吴先生曾在麦肯锡公司担任业务经理，主要负责高科技公司。他的职业生涯始于世界银行在中国的经济学家和业务官员，从事环境、城市发展、卫生和农村贫困问题的工作。 

吴晓波从耶鲁大学法学院获得法学博士学位，之后他在美国第二巡回上诉法院担任书记员，并在哥伦比亚大学法学院担任学术研究员。他在牛津大学获得了发展经济学硕士学位，并获得了罗兹奖学金，他还在哈佛大学获得了社会研究和东亚研究的最优等学士学位。 

在哈佛大学，他还担任过伯克曼-克莱因互联网与社会中心（Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society）的联合主任，以及哈佛大学亚洲中心、环境中心、国际发展中心、东亚法律研究和哈佛环境经济学项目 的教员。

研究兴趣：国际贸易；国际经济法；国际知识产权。

伍人英于哈佛大学完成本科学历，于牛津大学取得发展经济学硕士学位，于耶鲁大学取得法律博士学位，现任哈佛大学费正清中国研究中心主任、法学院史汀生讲席教授，曾任美国贸易代表办事处知识产权部主任以及麦肯锡公司项目经理。伍人英教授的研究兴趣包括国际贸易，国际经济法，以及国际知识产权。
